Provenance and seal
Our cases come from the Japanese domestic trade. You can tell by the seal: Bandai closes the carton with clear tape printed with the release-date notice, and the brown carton shows through the tape.
Cases for other distribution regions carry coloured tape: solid yellow for Hong Kong and China, green for Singapore and Malaysia. This mapping is a convention among collectors and dealers, not an official Bandai specification. The displays inside are always the same Japanese print run; the tape only shows where Bandai originally shipped the carton. If you mostly see yellow tape on international marketplaces, you are usually looking at export goods from Hong Kong.

Condition of the outer carton
A case is Bandai's shipping carton, not a collector's item. We do not open it and sell it as it arrives from Japan. So you know what to expect:
- Dented corners, scuffs, label residue or an additional shrink wrap are possible.
- The printed lot code is blacked out. The Japanese distributor does this on export; it is standard in the trade and not a sign of opening.
- The 12 displays inside are individually shrink-wrapped and unaffected.
