Sealed Quality

Sealed is not a marketing term. Sealed means: the factory film from Bandai Japan or The Pokémon Company is intact — exactly as the product left the plant.

What sealed actually means

A sealed product has not been opened or re-shrink-wrapped after production. Film, carton flap and factory seals are untouched. That is what separates a genuine sealed product from re-sealed grey-market goods — where film has been re-applied, sometimes to disguise missing or removed contents.

For collectors and investors the sealed state is the reference point for value retention. Completeness, originality and authenticity are guaranteed. Background in the guide “What’s really inside a sealed case”.

What sets HOLYGRADE apart

  • Direct sourcing in Japan — authorised wholesalers, no re-imports via third countries
  • No reseals — every display and case carries its original factory film
  • Climate-controlled storage — 18–22 °C, humidity below 60 %, protected from light
  • Documented supply chain — every batch traceable to a shipment
  • Collector-safe dispatch — double packaging, cases in the original outer carton

Why Japanese originals

Japanese TCG products release 6–12 months before the international editions, use heavier card stock and feature exclusive artwork. Many sets — promos, Jump inserts, magazine exclusives — are never published outside Japan. Direct Japanese sourcing is the only way to get them. Market context in the One Piece Card Game report.
