Shipping Policy
Delivery Area
We currently ship within Switzerland and to selected countries of the European Union.
For deliveries to other countries, please contact us in advance.
For deliveries outside Switzerland, additional customs and import charges may apply (see section "Customs & Import Duties").
Delivery Time
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received.
Delivery time thereafter is generally: Switzerland 1–2 business days, Germany & Austria 3–5 business days, other EU countries 5–8 business days. In individual cases delivery may be extended due to customs clearance or other external factors.

Within Switzerland: CHF 9.90 flat rate

European Union: Shipping according to the selected shipping option at checkout
The applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs represent a flat-rate charge and are independent of internal shipping or security measures.
Customs & Import Duties (International / DAP)
International deliveries are made in accordance with Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place).
This means:

Customs duties, import taxes (e.g. import VAT) and any customs clearance fees are not included in the purchase price.

These costs are charged separately by the shipping provider and are the recipient's responsibility.

We have no influence on the type or amount of these charges.
Customs clearance is carried out in accordance with the legal regulations of the respective destination country.
Shipping Providers
Our deliveries are made using Swiss Post as well as selected parcel carriers (e.g. GLS or DHL), depending on the destination and shipping method.
A tracking link will be provided by email once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery Problems
Please contact us at support@holygrade.com if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the stated timeframe.
In the event of refusal of delivery or returns due to unpaid customs or import duties, we reserve the right to pass on any return shipping costs incurred.
