Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Switzerland: 1–2 business days · Germany & Austria: 3–5 business days · Rest of EU: 5–8 business days. Dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment. Details in the shipping terms.
How much does shipping cost?
Switzerland: CHF 9.90 — free from CHF 150
Germany & Austria: CHF 14.90 — free from CHF 300
Rest of EU: CHF 24.90 — free from CHF 500
How is the order packed?
Double: protective film plus a sturdy shipping box. Booster displays additionally in bubble wrap. Sealed cases go in the manufacturer’s original outer carton. Every shipment has a tracking number. Details on Sealed Quality.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Currently we ship to Switzerland and all EU countries. Other destinations on request: support@holygrade.com.
Are there customs charges?
EU shipments go as DAP (Delivered at Place) — duties and import VAT in the destination country are borne by the buyer. No customs charges within Switzerland.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. A tracking number is sent by email on dispatch (Swiss Post for CH, DHL/GLS for EU).
Products & Sealed Quality
What does “sealed” mean?
The product is factory-sealed in its original state — film and seals from Bandai Japan or The Pokémon Company are intact. No re-seal, no post-production work. Full details: Sealed Quality.
Are your products authentic?
Yes, without exception. Direct sourcing from authorised Japanese wholesalers. No grey market, no intermediaries. Every product carries the original Bandai or Pokémon Company seal.
What is a sealed case?
A case is the factory outer carton in which booster displays ship. One Piece: 12 displays of 24 boosters each. Cases are sought after by investors because they guarantee the highest level of integrity. More in the guide “What’s inside a sealed case”.
What is a booster display?
A display contains 24 booster packs (One Piece) or 20–30 packs (Pokémon, set-dependent). It is the intermediate unit between a single pack and a full case. Current displays in One Piece (JP) and Pokémon (JP).
Why Japanese products?
Higher print quality, exclusive artwork, earlier release. For collectors and investors often more valuable than the international equivalents.
How should I store sealed products?
Dry, protected from light, at 18–22 °C, humidity below 60 %. Avoid direct sunlight, moisture and temperature fluctuations. Store upright, do not stack. That preserves collector-grade condition over the long term.
Orders & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
TWINT, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay plus further options depending on destination. Available methods are shown at checkout.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices in CHF incl. Swiss VAT (8.1 %), where applicable. EU shipments go as DAP — import VAT and duties are collected separately in the destination country.
Do I receive an invoice?
Yes. A detailed invoice is sent automatically by email with the order confirmation. Separate PDF on request: support@holygrade.com.
Can I change my order afterwards?
As long as the shipment has not been dispatched, small changes are usually possible. Contact us as soon as possible: Contact.
Returns & Complaints
Can I return a product?
Unopened, factory-sealed products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Details in the refund policy.
Damaged package — what do I do?
Report within 48 hours, with photos of the outer packaging and the goods: Contact. Resolution by replacement, refund or credit.
Who pays for the return shipping?
For a withdrawal within the 14-day period the buyer bears the return cost. For defective or incorrect products HOLYGRADE covers it.
