🇩🇪 Germany

We ship to Germany for orders with a merchandise value of CHF 300 to CHF 1000. Sealed cases (heavy parcels) and pre-orders are shipped within Switzerland only. Orders above CHF 1000 to Germany on request.

Other countries

Since October 2026 we no longer ship to Austria or other EU countries. The reasons are the new EU customs rules for shipments from third countries and country-specific packaging obligations. We focus on Switzerland and Germany.

Shipping to Germany · DAP

Shipments to Germany are sent DAP (Delivered at Place). As we ship from Switzerland (a third country), import charges apply on arrival and are paid by the recipient directly to the carrier or customs:

  • Import VAT — 19 % on the merchandise value including shipping.
  • Customs duty — depending on the merchandise value and the applicable EU rules, duty may apply in addition.
  • Handling fee — the carrier (e.g. DHL/Deutsche Post) usually charges a small service fee for customs clearance.

These charges are not included in the purchase price and are usually collected on delivery or in advance online. Every shipment is declared correctly with a commercial invoice and customs tariff number.

Packaging

Every product is double-boxed: protective film, then a sturdy shipping carton. Booster displays are additionally wrapped in bubble wrap. Sealed cases ship in the original factory outer carton from Bandai / The Pokémon Company (shipping within Switzerland only).

Tracking

The tracking number is sent automatically by e-mail when the order ships. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment.

Pre-orders

Pre-order · ships from release. Pre-order items are marked with their release date. Shipping takes place from the official release date — not earlier. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the whole order is usually shipped together from release. Payment is due at checkout. Pre-orders are delivered within Switzerland only.
