Terms and conditions

We are giving away three sealed OP-13 booster displays to three winners. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Signing up for the HOLYGRADE Brief is enough.

The prize

  • Three winners, each receiving one One Piece Card Game: Carrying on His Will [OP-13] booster display, original Japanese product, sealed
  • Individual value CHF 118.90, total value CHF 356.70 based on our shop price
  • Only one prize per person is possible.
  • Shipping of the prize is free. For deliveries to Germany, Austria or the EU we additionally cover import VAT and customs duties. There are no further costs for you.

How to enter

There are two ways. Both result in exactly one entry.

  • Way 1 — Sign up for the Brief: Sign up for the HOLYGRADE Brief by 31 October 2026, 23:59 (Europe/Zurich time zone). The sign-up only becomes effective once you confirm it via the link in the confirmation email. Without this confirmation there is no entry.
  • Way 2 — Order: Place an order in our shop between 18 September 2026 and 31 October 2026, 23:59 (Europe/Zurich time zone). Entry is automatic via the email address used for the order; you do not need to do anything else. If the order is cancelled or fully refunded, the entry lapses.
  • Anyone already subscribed to the Brief is entered automatically and does not need to do anything.
  • One entry per person and email address, regardless of the way you enter. Multiple orders do not result in an additional entry.
  • No purchase and no payment is required. An order does not increase your chance of winning; it is merely a second way to enter.

Eligibility

  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • Residence in Switzerland, Germany, Austria or a country within our EU shipping zone.
  • Employees of Blockreaction Investments GmbH and their relatives are excluded.
  • Entry requires a permanently reachable, personal email address. Addresses from disposable or single-use email services, as well as addresses to which the confirmation email permanently cannot be delivered, do not take part in the draw.
  • Multiple sign-ups with different addresses by the same person lead to the exclusion of all affected sign-ups.

Draw and notification

  • The draw takes place on 3 November 2026 at random from all eligible entries.
  • Winners are notified within five days of the draw at the registered email address.
  • To receive the prize, you confirm your first and last name and your delivery address. If these details do not match the person who entered, the claim lapses.
  • If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize in question is drawn again.
  • The prize is not paid out in cash, not exchanged and not transferred to third parties.
  • Legal recourse in connection with the draw is excluded. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the draw.

Privacy

  • We process your email address to send you the HOLYGRADE Brief and to conduct the draw. If you enter via an order, we use the order's email address exclusively for the draw. The legal basis is your consent.
  • The Brief is sent via Klaviyo as a data processor.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. Unsubscribing before the draw ends your entry via Way 1; an entry via an order remains valid.
  • If you win, we additionally process your name and delivery address in order to deliver the prize. We do not publish any winner data.

Further provisions

  • We reserve the right to change or end the giveaway early for good cause, for example in the event of technical problems or attempts at manipulation.
  • Participants who gain an unfair advantage are excluded from the draw. This includes automated sign-ups and sign-ups via addresses that do not belong to the participant.
  • The giveaway is in no way connected to Bandai, to social networks or to sales platforms. Brands mentioned belong to their respective owners.
  • Swiss law applies, unless mandatory legal provisions of the country of residence provide otherwise.
